registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. Deliver skilled clinical nursing care in an
operating room setting, adhering to professional standards and
collaborating closely with healthcare team members. This contract
position will engage in coordinating and providing comprehensive
patient care through the nursing process in a hospital environment.
Responsibilities: Provide competent nursing care for patients with
complex needs, including physical, psychosocial, educational, and
safety aspects. Conduct patient assessments, synthesize data for
care priorities, and anticipate discharge requirements. Collaborate
with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and
update individualized care plans. Participate in continuing
education to meet personal and professional learning needs. Assist
in patient education by assessing readiness to learn and utilizing
relevant materials. Participate in overall evaluation of patient
outcomes and revise care plans as needed. Contribute to unit goals,
quality improvement initiatives, and feedback processes. Promote a
safe, clean, and secure environment for patients and staff. Stay
informed about public policy and healthcare regulations relevant to
nursing practice. Perform bedside point of care testing as part of
the treatment process. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current
RN licensure with experience in Operating Room nursing. Ability to
provide compassionate and competent care for diverse patient
populations. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational
skills. Willingness to learn and engage in professional development
activities. Capability to work effectively within interdisciplinary
