Responsibilities: Provide competent nursing care adhering to
professional and organizational standards in the operating room
environment Assess patient readiness to learn and utilize

needs Evaluate patient outcomes and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to revise care plans as necessary Perform
bedside point of care testing aligned with patient care plans
Organize, prioritize, and implement individualized care for
patients with complex conditions, ensuring safety and psychosocial
support Participate in professional growth activities, unit goal
setting, and performance improvement initiatives Promote a safe,
clean, and secure hospital environment Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and care team members, including discharge
planning and advocacy support Stay informed on public policy and
regulatory guidelines influencing healthcare delivery
Qualifications/Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure with proven Operating Room nursing experience Strong
clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, especially in
complex patient care situations Ability to collaborate effectively
within multidisciplinary teams Commitment to ongoing professional
development and education Familiarity with healthcare standards,
