Thriveworks is seeking a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality mental health counseling through both online and in-person sessions across various U.S. locations. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative environment to support client mental health and foster personal development. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing therapeutic plans, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct client assessments to determine mental health status and needs. Develop and implement personalized therapeutic interventions. Maintain confidential client records and provide timely documentation. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance professional skills. Engage with clients via both in-person and online platforms to ensure accessibility and convenience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and diagnostics Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Familiarity with electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LCMHC licensure valid in working state BLS/CPR certification desired
