Job Description Description Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – UNC Primary Care at Freedom Square – UNC Health Medical Group – Apex, NC Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Location: 8375 Green Level Church Road, Apex, NC 27523 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. UNC Primary Care at Freedom Square is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team. Located off Green Level Church Road in Apex, NC, our clinic provides comprehensive, family-centered care with convenient access for both families and working professionals. Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina. ? Board certification if required by the Department. DEA. Professional Experience Requirements: ? No prior experience required. Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: ? Demonstrated clinical competency. ? Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively. ?
