Cynet Health to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Lynchburg,
Virginia, 24503! Job Title: LTAC Registered Nurse Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Long Term Acute Care Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12H Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in
relevant specialty License: Active VA / Compact License required
Certifications: BLS Required, ACLS Preferred Must-Have: Ventilator
management and weaning experience, wound care, and infectious
disease knowledge Description: New position requested. Position
involves management of ventilators, chest tubes, drains, and IV
medications. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4 or 1:5. Nurses will work
with drips and have patient assignments end on Saturdays. Weekend
shifts may be required based on unit needs, typically 2 to 3
weekends per month. Travel experience is required for all
positions. Candidates must contribute to a supportive culture,
especially when interacting with students and new hires. Team
members are expected to engage positively and foster a
