Job Description Seeking a BE/BC OBGYN Physician to join a well-established, patient-centered women's health practice in northern North Carolina. Details: - Full-time, employed position - Join a collaborative care team that's growing into a five-provider team - Practice operates Mon-Fri 8am-5pm - Providers average approx. 20 patients per day in clinic when not on call - 1:3 call schedule - To support safe and timely coverage, physician must reside within 20 min of hospital Scope of practice is comprehensive and professionally rewarding, including: - Full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care - Routine annual exams and preventive women’s health - Contraceptive counseling and IUD placement/removal - Management of abnormal bleeding, endometriosis, urinary incontinence, and menopausal care - Obstetric care including fetal stress testing and 3D/4D ultrasound - Cesarean sections performed on the LDRP unit - On-site breastfeeding education and women’s health classes - Physicians enjoy seven-day access to operating rooms, with early morning block time available multiple days per week Hospital's Birthing Center features: - Private Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Post-Partum (LDRP) rooms - Epidural anesthesia - Dedicated cesarean section OR suite - Level I Nursery - On-site ultrasound and fetal monitoring Compensation/Benefits may include: - Competitive Compensation - Incentive Bonus - Sign-On Bonus - Call Pay - Relocation Assistance - Loan Assistance - CME Days and Reimbursement - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - Retirement Plan (403(b) and 457(b)) and Roth IRA The Community: This welcoming foothills community offers the charm of small-town living with the convenience of being within easy reach of vibrant metro areas like Winston-Salem and Greensboro, while larger hubs such as Charlotte and Raleigh are just a comfortable drive away.
