Job Description:

Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role,

nursing care to patients in multiple units according to established
procedures and standards. Participate in patient assessments and
the preparation of care plans. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress
and modifying treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate patient
records and reports. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all
patients and staff. Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and healthcare team members. Strong clinical skills in
various nursing areas Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations Proficient
in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Practical
Nursing license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required
