Therapy Location: Goldsboro, NC Position Type: Direct Hire |
Full-Time Schedule: Day Shift | 40 hours per week Job Summary The
Physical Therapist I is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and
treating patients with mobility-related impairments in an inpatient
and outpatient rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on
restoring function, improving mobility, and enhancing quality of
life through evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Key
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans Apply advanced therapeutic techniques to support
rehabilitation and mobility goals Monitor patient progress and
modify care plans as needed Educate patients and families on
treatment plans and functional outcomes Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with
standards and policies Participate in departmental meetings,
education, and quality improvement initiatives Support clinical
education for students or new team members as applicable
Qualifications Required: Graduation from an accredited Physical
Therapy program Active state Physical Therapist license BLS
certification Experience: Prior rehabilitation or acute care PT
experience preferred New graduate Physical Therapists are
