hospital experience preferred Description: We are seeking a skilled
Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical / Telemetry. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing
experience. Previous charge experience is preferred. Epic charting
experience is required. The nurse will provide care for patients
across various age groups, including adolescents, adults,
pediatrics, and geriatrics. The average daily census is 44
patients. Patient ratios during the night shift are typically 4:1.
Candidates should be proficient in telemetry and management of
dysrhythmias. Skills in phlebotomy and wound care are essential.
Experience in administering blood products and managing central
lines is required. Candidates may be asked to float within their
scope if needed. A BSN is preferred, but not mandatory. Compliance
with infection control policies is expected. Candidates will
participate in ongoing education as required. Pediatric experience
is a plus but not mandatory. All candidates must possess strong
communication and interpersonal skills. The facility is committed
