Job Description:

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality rehabilitative care that is centered around individual patient needs, aligning with our mission to enhance the wellbeing of our clients. You will design and implement therapeutic strategies to improve patients ability to perform daily activities and work towards their personal goals. Assess patient needs and create detailed treatment plans to achieve functional outcomes. Implement therapeutic processes focused on enabling activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Record and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients. Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and home exercises. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical workload Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Life Insurance Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT Certification as an Occupational Therapist
