This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced pediatric RNs to provide specialized care in a leading academic medical center. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care to critically ill children with cardiac conditions, supporting families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role involves working a 3-day schedule of 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM, with bi-weekly orientations and every-other-week weekend requirements.
