board-eligible Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO) with at least
3 years of experience for a permanent opportunity in Durham, North
Carolina. This position offers the chance to provide
patient-centered, holistic care in a collaborative healthcare
environment with a flexible, 4-day work week. Permanent MD/DO –
Functional Medicine Physician Location: Durham, North Carolina Key
Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage patients using Functional
Medicine principles Develop personalized treatment plans addressing
lifestyle, nutrition, and integrative therapies Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-focused
care Educate patients on preventive strategies and wellness
optimization Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty Minimum of
3 years of clinical experience Active North Carolina medical
license or ability to obtain Training or experience in Functional
Medicine preferred Strong communication skills and commitment to
patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary range:
$175,000–$250,000 4-day work week Comprehensive benefits package
