Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience in handling trauma stabilization and preparing for transfer. Description: Join a full-service hospital dedicated to caring, kindness, and compassion. The facility is licensed for 98 beds, including acute and extended care. There are four fully digital operating rooms available. The emergency department has a 12-bed capacity with three additional areas for fast track patients. Patient ratios are 1:6 or 1:4 depending on staffing needs. The department strives to maintain 3 days and 3 nights of staffing, with an option for 4 shifts each. Equipment available includes ventilators, BiPAP, central, and arterial lines. The electronic health record system is Meditech. The patient population served includes all age groups. Candidates must be willing to work as part of a team. The dress code allows for blue scrubs, sweatshirts, and tee shirts, but prohibits offensive language and political statements. This is a replacement position for permanent staff.
