Employment type: “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role) Anticipated average of 8–23 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs Location: Seeing patients across multiple offices in our Raleigh-Durham Market, including: Cary-Fenton Office, North Hills Office, Raleigh Village District Office Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed. What you'll be working on: Treat patients ages 14 (and 18 where applicable) Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: At least 2 years of primary care experience required. Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification. Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of North Carolina. The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups. The hourly range for this role is $75.00/hr . Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
