About the Facility A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine
Physician for locum tenens coverage. About the Facility Location
The facility is located in Roxboro, North Carolina. About the
Clinician's Workday This facility uses Meditech Magic and has a
12-bed hospital with a 16-bed ED, averaging 4,380 annual visits
(about 1 patient per hour). The staffing model includes a physician
from 7a-7p and an APC from 7p-7a, with locums expected to cover 14
day shifts per month. Both FM and IM clinicians with EM experience
are accepted alongside EM-trained providers. Duties include
supervising APCs and responding to codes with the EM and HM teams.
Required certifications are ACLS and BLS; board certification in EM
or FM/IM with EM experience is acceptable. No trauma designation,
scribes, or code team outside EM/HM. Additional Job Details - Case
