City: Henderson State: NC Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care, Physician Assistant - Acute Care, Physician Assistant - Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine - Urgent Care, Family Medicine - Urgent Care Dates: Listed in Comments PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST AVAILABILITY IN BID PRESENTATIONS 1. Please specify level of proficiency with EPIC, Provider will be required to use Epic 2. Provider must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the Center 3. Provider should have good soft skills as they will be one on one with support staff and each patient 4. HCO relies on Agency's credentialing of each provider, HCO will process Medicare Enrollment only 5. Once Bid vetted, Clinical Interview will be setup - if approved - RDO will schedule onboarding/training and ongoing shift coverage. No How many months of experience are required? 12 months Certifications Required: Yes - Board Certification, PA Cert, Family NP Cert, BLS SUPPORT STAFF: Center Mgr, MA, PSA, Supervising Physician Offsite (for APP only) Medical Setting: Urgent Care Center Type of Cases (please be specific): Urgent Care, Adults and Peds Procedures: I&D, Lac repair, Ear irrigation, other minor procedures Patient Ages: Adult and Pediatric Patients, All ages - 6 months and up PPD: up to 40 ppd - depends on site (average for this site is 20) EMR/Charting: Y, Epic w/ modified training schedule, will need to use EMR for all visits. Call Requirements: No Supervision Requirements: No / HCO will provide Supervising Physician for locum APPs Travel Lodging: Not Eligible for travel reimbursement, mileage only Multiple locations needing support and ask candidates for support within a 65 mile radius cap surrounding their home residents Interview Process: Clinical interview, must go through EMR training and onboarding prior to first shift solo Dates: Listed in Comments 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
