Medicine/Family Medicine Physician- Geriatrics *Full-time permanent
position *2 ½ days providing care at the Multispecialty Clinic and
2 days providing nursing home care *Geriatric fellowship training-
Preferred *Board Certified/Eligible- Required *EMR- EPIC
