Job Description:
Join a top children's hospital as a Registered Nurse in their
Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Provide care to newborns, infants, and premature babies with
critical conditions such as respiratory issues, congenital
anomalies, and infections.
Work night shifts (7p-7:30a) with rotating weekends and
holidays.
Full-time (3x12s) or part-time (2x12s) options available.
Perform leadership, patient-centered care, quality improvement,
evidence-based practice, informatics, communication, collaboration,
and systems-based duties.
Require BSN or pending within 5 years, Ohio RN licensure, BLS
certification, and 2+ years NICU experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and EMR software preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work across
hospital departments.
