SummaryProfessional Development Specialist (Nursing) inspires
professional nurses through human connections, innovation and
experiential learning, utilizing evidence-based practice with the
goal of advancing the mission of ECU Health.Minimum RequirementsMSN
in Nursing Education or MSN with Postmasters Certificate in
Education is required- or higher.Current Registered Nurse licensure
in the state of North Carolina.Professional Development
Specialist-Nursing will be required to obtain Nursing Professional
Development Certification within 3 years.3 years to 5 years in
clinical practice with evidence of clinical knowledge, leadership,
and teaching.Other InformationPosition: 1.0 FTE (5) 8 hour shifts /
