Minimum Requirements: Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required. You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions. A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required.
