You might find it difficult to decide what to do next! - - - - - - - - - -Robust employee recognition and awards programs. - - - - - - - - - These are just a few examples of the many benefits we offer to our valued employees.Minimum Requirements: - - - - - - - - - Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required. - - - - - - - - - You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - - - - - - - - - -Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire. - - - - - - - - - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions. - - - - - - - - - -A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required.
