  Assessment - Collects data based on patient's immediate mental health and/or medical condition or need.
  Diagnosis - Analyzes the assessment data in determining nursing plan of care and nursing diagnoses system.
  Maintain current knowledge in nursing practice. Participate in professional activities to improve clinical knowledge that would enhance role performance.
  Collaborates with the interdisciplinary in the delivery of clinical care to patients.
  Ensure documentation is accurate and timely as prescribed by facility policy.
  Ensure pertinent patient information is communicated to peers, co-workers and interdisciplinary team members.
  
  Qualifications:
  2+years years of Behavioral Health, Mental Health and Psychiatric assessment experience - Required
  Compact/NC RN License - Required
  BLS (AHA) - Required
