You must meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs of the patient and family. You must also communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment. -Minimum Requirements: - - - - - - - - - Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required. - - - - - - - - - You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - - - - - - - - - -Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire. - - - - - - - - - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions. - - - - - - - - - -A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required.
