In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers: - $3.50 for days, 5.00 nights, and $8.00 for weekends for Shift differentialCompetitive paid time off and extended illness bank package for full-time employees -Tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching - -Employee assistance program, including mental, physical, and financial wellness -Professional development and growth opportunitiesQualifications and requirementsApplicants should have a current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. -Additional requirements include:Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.PALS Certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hireMinimum Requirements: - - - - - - - - - Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required. - - - - - - - - - You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - - - - - - - - - -Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire. - - - - - - - - - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions. - - - - - - - - - -A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred. 5 years of experience preferredDepartment/Unit SummaryWe provide a comfortable and supportive environment for mothers and babies and take a family-centered approach to newborn care.
