• Seeking med-ped or FP hospitalist
• 13 - 14 patient per day census
• Support both the adult and pediatric service, must be able to see newborns
• Clinical shifts support adult and pediatric service
• Mixture of physicians and APPs
• 22 patients attended daily by a physician and an APP
• Opportunities for leadership training available
