And much more---Position SummaryThe RN Clinical Lead Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function. This position oversees the activities of the clinical unit and assigned staff during scheduled shifts, provides patient care, enhances department workflow and provides leadership at the point of care. Collaborates with the director and is the support for the unit when the director is unavailable. -
Minimum Education
Successful completion of an Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required.Required Skills
Ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to patient and family needs. - Excellent customer service skills. Critical thinking. - Work well under pressure while keeping calm and remaining customer focused.Certifications/License
Licenses: Requires a current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license upon hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) with in 30 days of hireMinimum Work Experience
