Job Description:

PERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and
standards of practice.
Reports to: Director of Nursing
FLSA: Non-exempt
Grade: GX2Minimum Education
Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited
school is required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Licenses: Registered Nurse License
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required within 90 days of hire.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification is preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
