Make a difference as a leader in the Agile Enablement office for Workplace Investing and Healthcare Solutions!Your role is instrumental in leading, influencing and improving our agile way of working.\u00A0 The focus will be on managing routines and scaled agile events, using measurement to bring transparency to our agile workings and identify opportunities for greater organizational effectiveness in our agile model, leading change management activities and driving various initiatives for our agile agenda.The Expertise and Skills You Have

• Significant experience in transformational roles within an agile environment
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks and operating constructs
• Strong facilitation skills, experience leading conversations with senior leaders
• Experience with Agility Health, Jira and Jira Align preferred
• Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated expertise managing multiple complex problems simultaneously
• Demonstrated expertise driving change initiatives
• Growth mindset in a quickly changing landscape
• Builds strong relationships and demonstrates collaborative leadership with key partners
• Leadership presence and credibility in agile delivery to drive outcomes
• Demonstrated change management experience to cultivate support, lead change and drive acceptance at all levels of the organization, from team to the executive level
• Confidence to present and facilitate with senior leaders, influence decisions
• Able to analyze complex issues and take a data-driven approach to finding solutions
• Proven expertise in data analysis and agile tools
• Utilizes metrics and analytics to drive op model improvements and organizational effectiveness
• Work with agile teams and leaders to identify, define and deploy changes to our agile model including roles and structures
• Manages scaled agile events, supporting planning processes and routines
• Partners with the enterprise team and WI and Health Care Group Strategy & Planning leads to bring solutions forward that help our business leaders make decisions and manage their portfolios
