In this role you will be leading an agile squad responsible for the digital experience for helping employees manage their health benefits and find care.This position can be in Boston, Merrimack, Raleigh/Durham, Westlake, Smithfield or Covington.The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent years of experience
• 5-10 years work experience
• 3+ years of digital product management experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., UX, Product, Tech) to design, deliver & maintain dynamic digital products & solutions
• Strong understanding of technology inclusive of user interface, data flows, and back-end systems
• Agile experience delivering end-customer facing products to market
• Healthcare industry experience preferred particularly Health Benefits or HSA related
• JIRA and JIRA Align experience preferred
• Have a track record of leading and building high-performing teams
• Ability to create a strategic vision and translate strategy into an actionable execution plan
• Ability to lead a team in execution and identify, communicate and remove impediments
• Ability to lead, influence and motivate colleagues without formal authority
• Ability to prioritize and get the organization behind your decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong presenter
• Ability to take initiative and work independentlyThe Value You DeliverIn this role you will be leading the squads work as the product owner.
  • ---Defining, refining, and communicating the squads' mission and roadmap to motivate and build team and partner support and alignment
  • Ensuring team and partners understand the product strategy, business drivers, and role in the success of the product
  • Helping promote a culture of collaborative, transparent, and open communication with all partners across business and technology teams
  • Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide execution of the team
  • Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria
  • Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments
  • Collaborating and coordinating with Chapter Leaders and Scrum Masters to build squad capacity and capability and enabling squad member growth, development, and learning
  • Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelinesThe TeamThe person in this role will lead a squad within the Integrated Digital Health Experience Domain within Fidelity Health.
