RDU Area Massage Envy is looking to grow by hiring supprting managers dedicated to increasing retail and membership sales. -Massage Envy - currently has an opening for an individual with a "go-getter" attitude and exceptional organizational skills to fill our open Assistant Manager of Sales -position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on, results-focused leadership to a team, and participate in the financial rewards of the clinic's success. The position is full-time and the schedule varies. -Specific responsibilities include:Assist in building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customerAssist in leading clinic staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.Coaching front-desk employees on scheduling appointments with accuracy and recommending upgrades to servicesCoaching front desk employees on sales of our wellness plansEnsuring clinic systems, processes and policies are followed consistently.Provide training, guidance and confident leadership.Maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers.What it Takes to SucceedRequirements:Previous membership sales experience preferred.Goal-orientedSuccessful interviewing practicesProven coaching experienceGreat, positive communication skillsDrivenAbility to train, motivate and mentor team membersPrevious customer service experienceOur competitive compensation package includes base salary plus performance base bonus. An Assistant Manager in their first year can expect to make $29,700-$33,000 (base salary plus bonus/commissions). Daily work in this role includes: -Leading -the way to an amazing experience for members and guests by managing the daily operations of the location, maintaining a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for everyone and guiding the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges.Helping -the location move more people forward in their wellness journeys by driving membership, promoting retail sales, partnering with the franchisee to set performance goals and working with the team to achieve them.Building -a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.Running -a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws for massage therapists and estheticians).Creating -a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission. -Modelling -the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
