Hospital provides care for cardiology medicine patients with a
range of diagnoses. The patient population includes but is not
limited to the care of acute coronary syndrome, post cardiac
catheterization, electrophysiology procedures, dysrhythmias, heart
failure, heart transplant workups and congenital heart disease.
These patients require high acuity care and many come directly from
the ICU, post procedures or outside hospitals requiring an
increased level of care. Many times, these patients encompass a
multi-system involvement which can include but is not limed to
pulmonary, renal, endocrine and neurology. The environment is fast

without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) are expected to

start date but must complete the program within five years of their
start date. Registered nurses hired before July 1, 2014 are not
required to enroll in a BSN program to remain in this job
