Assist other health care personnel inthe delivery of pati ent care. Assist physicians and other nursing personnel in the performan ce ofvarious diagnostic proceduresand patient teaching. Evaluate nursing care with emphasison nursing procedures and patientresponses; takes pat ientconcern messages, assists in the delivery of nursing care and select ionof nursing priorities. Assist in the development and implementation o f general policiesandprocedures to provide forthe emotional and physical comfort and safety of patients; participatein the formulation of newpol icies. Participatein maintaining the environment of careincludingequipme nt and other material Participate in the identification of clinical or o perationaland assists in performance improvement Assist with control of material resources and maintenance; assist innurse. Participate in in-se rvice education programs and other conferences Assist in the training of new employees. May be requested to be a liaison for clinic activities s uch as JointCommission, Infection Control,and falls and/or participate i n cliniccommittees. Working knowledge and co mpletion of appropriate JCAHO and other Minimum Qualifications Education Work requires graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program. Experience No experience required. Degrees, Licensures, Certifications Current State ofNorth Carolina LPN licensure is required.
