Job Description:
Position Description: Defines and improves current campaign metadata configuration
process. Builds self-serve dashboards to assist stakeholders track
and analyze campaign audiences. Provides thought leadership on
campaign, experimentation analytics, and strategies to evolve
experimentation platform. Performs interactive queries in Web-based
Cloud storage services environments and ensures application data is
insightful and actionable using Snowflake, Amazon Web Services
(AWS), Athena, and Tableau. Tracks platform activity and generates
reports to improve efficiencies using experimental design and
measurement and Adobe Analytics. Cleans, analyzes, and graphs data
for statistical computing using Python and R. Develops and drives
experimentation analytics. Develops analytic methods,
experimentation, and data analytics to improve customer experiences
and deliver relevant content. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborates with stakeholders to streamline campaign and
experimentation metadata configuration process. Provide peer leadership to drive the strategy and development of
experimentation and campaign management platform. Partners with key stakeholders to analyze their business
questions and deliver self-service experimentation solutions. Performs validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and
reformulate models as necessary. Collaborates with senior managers and decision makers to
identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management
objectives. Presents the results of statistical modeling and data analysis
to management and end users. Formulates and applies statistical modeling and other optimizing
methods to develop and interpret information that assists
management with decision making, policy formulation, or other
managerial functions. Collects and analyzes data and develops decision support
software, services, or products. Elicits, captures, and interprets customer problems from
multiple perspectives across projects or within a program. Establishes and project manages analysis plans for multiple and
moderately complex work steams. Holds accountability for integration into larger,
multi-disciplined projects, as appropriate. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business
Analytics, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering,
Engineering Management, Information Technology, Information
Systems, or a closely related field and five (5) years of
experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience
performing data analytics and insights in a large cross-channel
enterprise environment. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Business Analytics, Project Management, Computer
Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information
Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and
three (3) year of experience in the job offered or three (3) year
of experience performing data analytics and insights in a large
cross-channel enterprise environment. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) writing advanced SQL in Web-based
Cloud storage services environments -- Microsoft Azure and AWS;
building data visualizations to answer strategic questions, extract
actionable insights, build datasets for ad hoc, and recurring
analysis, using Tableau; and preparing data to empower end users
using data sources -- marketing campaign metadata, customer profile
data, customer interaction data, and transaction data. DE driving the strategy and adoption of analytic products, and
providing thought leadership on translating complex business needs
into efficient analytical plans in an Agile work environment;
extracting analytic insights to drive strategy for marketing,
experimentation, campaign measurement, customer segmentation,
customer acquisition, and engagement domains, using R, Python,
Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel; and testing business
hypothesis to assist decision-making using statistical methods in
R. DE formulating, validating, testing, and applying Machine
Learning (ML) methods to predict customer activities, optimize
marketing strategies, and assist management with decision making
and policy formulation, using statistical and ML packages (H2O,
Caret, Xgboost, randomForest, Scikit-Learn, SciPy) and functions in
R and Python. DE evaluating data availability and usability for current
marketing metadata, customer, and transaction data, using data
catalog in Cloud-based technology environment and Snowflake; and
proposing improvements on existing data modeling and processing for
informed business stakeholder decisions, using data-flow diagram to
