Job Description:

Develops systems requirements and process solutions to execute business needs and mitigate cyber risk. Develops cybersecurity reporting and data analytics solutions in an Agile development model, using R, Python, SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Informatica, Alteryx, Snowflake, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Development (CI/CD) methodologies, PowerShell, Microsoft PowerBI and Excel, Tableau, and Visual Studio. Performs requirements capturing, identifies data and structures, and extracts data and crafts dashboards, scorecard, and reports. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software analytics platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

Designs analytical data and reporting solutions on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.

Develops analytical data and reporting solutions for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Participates and contributes to Agile team ceremonies.

Provides technical oversight to analytical data and reporting solutions.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience creating dashboard visualizations and developing data solutions in financial services, cyber analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) environments, using Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, or SQL tools.

Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience creating dashboard visualizations and developing data solutions in financial services, cyber analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) environments, using Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, or SQL tools.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (DE) in the entire data life cycle -- performing data analysis, mapping, and acquisition (using SQL queries), impact analysis, data transformation and distribution (using Informatica), and dashboard creation and KPI reporting (using Tableau and Power BI) -- within a financial services cyber security domain.

DE developing, implementing, and supporting a cybersecurity reporting Web application portal, using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery automation processes; and supporting a single BI platform for cybersecurity reporting and metrics using CI/CD Web development and deployment tools -- Visual Studio and Bitbucket.

DE analyzing, planning, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting legacy and dimensional data warehouse models according to Agile Methodologies, using BI tools -- Python, Informatica, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle PLSQL, and PostgreSQL.

DE developing reporting and dashboard solutions to track cybersecurity risk and vulnerabilities and performance metrics to protect information, infrastructure, and the reputation of the enterprise, using Tableau, Power BI, data visualization, trending, and benchmarking; and performing data extraction, transformation, and loading, using SQL, Alteryx, Python, Informatica, and R.
