Job Description:
Designs, develops, and maintains client-facing Web applications
and tools. Designs and develops Web applications and tools, using
Java and Web application technologies in a Service Oriented
Architect (SOA). Designs, codes, and maintains Web server scripts
to generate dynamic Web pages customized for user requests, using
Java, Spring, JSON, XML, SQL, Junit, Tomcat, Apache Camel, SLF4J,
and Logback/Log4J. Provides business solutions by developing
complex or multiple high-performance software applications. Primary Responsibilities: Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going
development efforts. Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in
multiple platforms. Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several
divisional initiatives. Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to
implementation. Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance
testing. Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
supporting several corporate initiatives. Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems. Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope. Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a
project. Performs independent and complex technical and functional
analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3)
years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of
experience developing Web Applications, using Java Security and
Common Infrastructure (JSCI) Libraries and DP common libraries
(dp-camel-core and dp-camel-rest) within the financial
industry. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or
one (1) year of experience developing Web Applications, using Java
Security and Common Infrastructure (JSCI) Libraries and DP common
libraries (dp-camel-core and dp-camel-rest) within the financial
industry. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) designing and developing customer
facing, enterprise Web applications, using Java/J2EE and Spring;
designing, coding, and reviewing high quality solutions for service
oriented architecture based applications, using Java 1.8+, Spring
Boot/Spring 5, and Java based service orchestration framework --
Apache Camel; consuming and developing APIs using Spring REST; and
performing unit test, using Junit and Mockito. DE designing and developing digital user experiences using
modern JS frameworks -- React JS/Angular JS for Single Page
Applications (SPAs); performing unit testing, using Jasmine and
Karma; developing reusable, robust, and dynamic Angular Web
components for plug and play scenarios; troubleshooting and fixing
native JavaScript Web applications; and developing Web pages to
support digital experiences across internet browsers -- Internet
Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari -- on desktops, mobile,
tablets, and laptops devices, using Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3. DE developing distributed, low-latency, high throughput
applications, using CI/CD pipeline, Test Driven Development (TDD),
and Agile methodologies. DE designing and developing customer facing enterprise Web
applications using, Java and J2EE technologies (Spring, Struts,
Servlets, JSP, and JSTL), Web security technologies (OAuth and
SAML), Apache Camel, and SOAP/RESTful Web services within the
