Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer

Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (DE) in batch cycle management --
triaging and providing incident escalations and resolutions --
within an end-to-end environment (online mainframe, batch
processes, web services, and transmissions), using Cobol, JCL, TSO,
and DB2; and utilizing Service NOW and SKYPE for incident
DE performing application development and change management --
analysis, requirements gathering, designing, coding, unit and
acceptance testing, and implementation and validation -- within a
mainframe brokerage environment, using Service Now, Visio,
Interest, and Microsoft Office; and participating in change
management forums for design reviews, release control, production
readiness, and ticket approvals.
DE serving as a technical lead -- providing direction and
oversight to ensure deliverable completion including, scheduling
and participating -- in mainframe on-call rotations.
DE supporting billing and fee, transmission, statement, and
money movement processing -- check writing and electronic fund
transfer (EFT), trust processing, annuities, wealth management,
second level security, and generic rules engines -- for mainframe
