• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated ability in architecting elegant solutions that deliver experiences and platform solutions for our WI domains!
• Experience in leading, defining and implementing architecture blueprints that align with Enterprise Security across technical standards, policies, and procedures
• Proven track record to build consensus around architecture solutions that align with the business visions and technical strategies
• Ability to apply a strategic mentality to help produce scalable and maintainable technology solutions
• Facilitate architecture governance and project review oversight across the portfolio ensuring compliance with technical standards, security policies and procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, documentation, and influencing skills
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to provide an industry leading customer solutions using agile frameworksThe Purpose of Your RoleIn this role working with the WI Customer Protection Center of Excellence and teams across Fidelity to collaboratively define the security architecture for customer data and interactions. This role will encompass customer identity, authentication, authorization, fraud mitigation, and data privacy. You will understand business problems and how best to address them utilizing the current and future state architecture. Collaborating with system architects across cybersecurity, data, and technology functions to align Workplace security requirements with existing blueprints. You will help design new cross-business and global customer security capabilities. You will also work with Architects and Tech Leads across Workplace to guide them in how to integrate their API s and experiences with security experiences.The Skills You BringYour background in the following will prove vital:
  • Experience architecting security solutions for the development and deployment of key platforms for the WI business
  • Extensive experience decomposing meaningful business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions
  • Knowledge of security industry best practices including encryption, SCIM, Oauth, OIDC, FIDO etc
  • Experience with perimeter security and OSWAP top 10.
  • Strong technical background on crafting and developing enterprise security solutions that scale and are resilient
  • Experience in DevSecOps standard and tools like Jenkins or Jenkins Core, Git/GitHub.
  • Experience in internet security: OAuth, Open ID Connect knowledge and standard methodologies
  • Experience in IAM, encryption, DevSecOps in AWS and or Azure.
  • Experience with Cloud-based Architecture and AWS cloud native solutions
  • Familiarity with the following areas is a plus:
  • AWS certification(s)

    • Extensive security knowledge of internet, mobile, and application architecture, as well as current and emerging technologies
    • Specialist understanding of secure software development processes including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning
    • Ability to articulate security architecture solutions to product management and architecture leadership
    • Ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups across Fidelity in a constructive manner in order to accomplish tasks and drive forward key business initiatives
    • Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, adapt and strive to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
