Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive increased revenue through higher efficiency and output of the
contact center team
Manage and participate in QA process and coach team leads and
agents to ensure high quality execution
Evaluate channel performance and review agent level dashboards to
improve employee management
Required Qualifications:
Several years of full-time professional experience working in a
revenue-generating call center or closing deals
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze user data for
process improvements
Understanding of different mediums (text, call, chat, email) and
their impact on conversion
Experience managing and scaling a successful contact center
Ability to work remotely or in-office with flexible working
hours
