The Purpose of Your RoleTake a product first approach towards
building exceptional engineering solutions to chart out and deliver
on that best-in-class human-centric money movement experience
(payments, bank linking and money transfers)The People We re
Looking for.\u00B7 You have 8+ years of professional experience
developing publicly available iOS or Android apps using Swift 3/4
and/or Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, and XCode in a large, or
Kotlin, enterprise environment, preferably as part of a team of
iOS/Android engineers with a focus on DevOps and continuous
delivery and AWS cloud computing.\u00B7 Take an inclusive, human

teams!\u00B7 Have deep knowledge of mobile landscape,
architectures, trends and emerging technologies used in creating
performant and resilient iOS/Android Apps.\u00B7 You thrive on

product, and engineering teams.
The Skills You Bring\u00B7 Expert Knowledge of professional
software engineering practices and best practices for the full
software development life cycle for iOS/Android development,
including coding standards (Swift/Objective C on XCode, Kotlin),
code reviews, CI/CD, source control management, build processes,
testing, and operations.\u00B7 Hands on experience with API Design
& Development and MicroServices Architecture.\u00B7 Strong Cloud
skills (AWS, Step Functions, Serverless Architectures)The Value You

Product Delivery & Execution\u00B7 Technical leadership and
partnering with product teams in translating product vision into
discrete technology roadmaps for scrum teams to execute upon\u00B7
Set short to medium-term strategic technical direction, able to
look ahead 6-12 months and identify the areas of greatest need and
create plans to improve.\u00B7 Participate in iteration planning to
maintain velocity and deliver quality each sprint & contributing to
process-improvement initiatives to maximize velocity for the
product team.\u00B7 Analyzing and recommending changes in product
development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to
development experts and management.Engineering & Architecture\u00B7
Hands on coding! Yes, this position requires you to be an expert on
the concerned tech stack (iOS/Android) and contribute directly to
our code\u00B7 Shaping broad architecture; shipping multiple large
services, complex libraries or major pieces of
infrastructure.\u00B7 Driving and taking accountability to ensure
engineering standards around code, test, deploy are followed.\u00B7
Creating comprehensive technical product documentation, driving
problem solving, performance turning, production support, and
maintenance of our products.
