Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Compensation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide compensation consulting and support throughout the business
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and key stakeholders to provide recommendations on day-to-day needs
Develop compensation data analytics and relevant dashboards for decision making

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of broad-based compensation experience, global experience preferred
Expertise in compensation market practices, rules/regulations, and compliance
Experience with Workday required
Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence globally
Experience supporting a Sales organization preferred
