Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Thermal Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new products from specification to production launch in an international/global cultural environment.
• Leading the Engineering and Engineering Project Management function (-12 heads currently) in Durham as part of the Global Engineering and Technology Team.
• Improving the design of new products using innovative ideas to grow product portfolio.
• Ensuring projects are completed as specified, on budget, and on time.
• Providing technical support to the manufacturing team to resolve issues related to thermal engineering.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
• Managing and developing a team of engineers and project managers to achieve department objectives. Qualifications:
  The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
  • Proven Engineering Expertise in cooling or refrigeration technologies.
  • Master's Degree in Thermal Engineering or similar.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience in Engineering Simulation and Testing of thermal systems.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
