Job Description:

Our client, a SaaS tech company is looking for a CRO. They specialize primarily in developing and marketing enterprise business process management (BPM) software. The company also provides customer support, training, and professional services to larger enterprise customers that require highly customized solutions. The company's flagship Low-Code BPM product is known for its ease of use and ability for deep customization.
The CRO will be responsible for managing all sales operations inclusive of formulating strategy, identifying and evaluating opportunities, and leading/developing the sales organization. This individual will work closely with the executive team, advising on initiatives and influencing overall Company strategy, budget and goals.
Responsibilities


  • Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, accelerate its growth and respond to challenges
  • Drives results through others, manages team performance and holds team accountable against business metrics
  • Work closely with senior executive team to develop new business initiatives, assess new markets, analyze new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Translates market and customer business strategies into specific actions to generate sales and revenue
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

    Qualifications

    • 10 + years experience as a sales leader within a rapid growth SaaS organization
    • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of subscription-based, recurring revenue SaaS business model, and a good understanding of software revenue recognition rules
    • Proven ability to implement sales methodology, key metrics, and reporting, to measure success and drive data-based decisions
    • Experience working with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
