WSP is currently initiating a search for an AppOps Manager for our Kansas City office . Be involved in projects with our Production Application Operations team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Vendor Management

    Application Patching and Concurrent manager job troubleshooting

    Environment automation and job scheduling
    
    
  • 
    Disaster recovery planning
    
    
    Compliance

    • 
      IT General controls audit main point of contact

      Yearly process improvements related to audit

      Who You Are
      Required Qualifications
      
      • 
        
      • 
        10+ years' experience in related technology or communications field
        
        
      • 
        Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
        
        
      • 
        Strong ability in analytical techniques and modeling in tackling technical problems with significant complexity
        
        
      • 
        Demonstrates excellence in providing high quality technical performance and oversight through innovative thinking and application of state-of-the-art tools
        
        
      • 
        Demonstrates strong commitment to keeping up-to-date in technical knowledge of current practice and becoming proficient in applying emerging practices
        
        
      • 
        Ability to lead and manage others in producing high
        
        
        Preferred Qualifications

        • Enhancing credentials and certification(s) such as Master's Degree, ITIL Practice Certification, ITIL V3 Foundations, etc.
