Job Description:The RoleThe Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group
is composed of over 400 professionals who administer and advise
clients on their retirement benefits. We are a part of a
fast-growing business within Fidelity providing a broad range of
services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy,
funding, communication, delivery, and administration.The Vice
President, Center of Excellence Leader will lead the Workplace
Consulting Retirement Administration Center of Excellence (CoE) and
be instrumental in establishing, defining, and adapting a
cross-functional team providing customized solutions to Workplace
Consulting clients.The TeamThe Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group
is composed of over 400 professionals who administer and advise
clients on their retirement benefits. We are a part of a

services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy,
funding, communication, delivery, and administration.The Expertise
You Have
- Bachelor's degree required and Enrolled Actuary preferred
- 10+ years of pension experience and/ or benefits
consulting
- A learning and growth mentality with a real passion for solving
customer problems
- Shown ability to inspire and lead with excellent communication
and people-interaction skills
- Familiarity with pension risk transfer a plus
- Ensuring CoE composition aligns with the business needs,
including workforce planning
- Supporting and coaching CoE members as a leader and expert, to
enable them to deliver more value to customers
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration experience
with cross-company partners, business partners, and clientsThe
