the operations, bookkeeping, overseeing quality service and

- Prioritize, assign and monitor daily activities, service
requests, make-ready priorities and projects.
- Create an environment of cooperation, enthusiasm and
professionalism among staff members.
- Oversee the conversion of prospects to leases, resulting in
successful occupancy rates.
- Collect rent, make all bank deposits, maintain account records
and process final account statements.
- Monitor all traffic at the property through welcome cards,
traffic logs and management software.
- Assist with preparing rental leases and all move-in and
compliance related paperwork.
- Support and manage the lease renewal program and ongoing
resident communications.
- Prepare and monitor a marketing plan and all advertising.
- Plan, promote and implement an effective resident retention
program to include frequent resident activities and events.
- Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed
repairs and overall landscaping.Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related property management in the multifamily
industry. Class A property experience is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required. A college degree is a
plus.
- A strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures and the
aptitude to problem solve.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the
ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized
manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of RealPage, Publisher, Picture Manager and OPS is a
plus.
- Customer service oriented and the ability to be a strong team
player.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some
