We are headquartered in the RTP area, but our services are nationwide!JOB PURPOSESpiffy is looking for a Full-Time customer-friendly, energetic, and motivated Partner Success Manager to join our team. The PSM acts as the primary liaison for National Fleet (B2B) Accounts served by Spiffy, exploring new services and regions, recurring revenue opportunities, and works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the satisfaction, retention and growth of our business revenue stream.This position is perfect for hungry, driven individuals who are interested in building relationships with our clients to aggressively grow our business and their careers. Growth opportunities are available for those showing promise and want to continue to grow their careers with Spiffy!Role and Responsibilities:

  • Set, track and iterate business plans for our larger national fleet accounts
  • Analyze and make recommendations on client trends
  • Travel on-site and make quarterly business review presentations
  • Collaborate with our operations and fleet scheduling team to be the voice of the customer
  • Own a book of business, have responsibility for delivering on that forecasted book of business and growing the bookQUALIFICATIONS:MUST HAVES:
    • 4 year degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management
    • Desire to succeed and intrinsic motivation
    • Well organized
    • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Expert multitasker with ability to handle several projects simultaneously
    • Detail oriented
    • Problem solver
    • Computer Productivity software experienceBONUS-POINTS:
