Position level and title will be commensurate with experience.About This Role In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with senior Patient Services (PS) leaders and other commercial functions to develop strategic Patient Services communications to optimize Patient Services engagement, execution, alignment, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have a high level of autonomy in handling a broad range of communication and planning responsibilities. The role will have perspective on the full Patient Services operations and will participate as a member of the PS Leadership team to cultivate a culture that inspires collaboration, empowerment, and accountability to deliver against annual performance and customer experience targets. What You'll Do • Optimize PS communications platforms and processes• Partner with PS Leadership, PS training, Business planning and administrative support to keep Patient services well informed of business critical communications• Partner with the VP of Patient Services to develop and execute communication of key priorities, initiatives, and meetings• Create summaries for leaders including talking points as needed• Responsible for creating and maintaining department wide calendar in partnership with the administrative team, identify and evaluate current employee engagement activities and support sponsors for PS culture teamsWho You Are The ideal candidate is someone who has held formal roles in communications, and/or project management and has had experience interfacing and communicating across a spectrum of stakeholders. This person will have the ability to lead with influence, manage teams as necessary, and provide leadership across the extended leadership team to ensure engagement across Patient Services. This individual will demonstrate strong attention to detail. Qualifications

• 5+ years biotech/pharma experience strongly preferred with a knowledge of call center operations• 5+ years in a formal communications role and/or project management role with heavy emphasis on communications• Strategic thinking and ability to take projects from concepts to implementation• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex ideas across a variety of audiences• Experience collaborating with brand teams, sales teams, HR, legal, compliance, operations, senior executives and other internal stakeholders• Ability to work closely with senior leaders to refine commercial messaging to promote consistent, clear, and compliant communications• Ability to travel to National Meetings and Weston office as neededPreferred Skills• Bachelor's degree required; Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or Public Relations preferred• MBA or graduate degree preferred• Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills• Excellent business and editorial writing skills
