Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Partner GTM Experience Manager, you will be part of an exciting team supporting our IBM Build Ecosystem. You will be a key member of a team that accelerates partner and client consumption of IBM's platform technologies and software. You will be responsible for driving a culture of success by delivering partner value, building scalable partner benefits and capabilities to enable startups, ISVs, and cloud-first partners to build, sell and scale their solution/business, leading strong delivery execution and being the champion on behalf of the partner community. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team from Sales, Offering Management, and Operations to create processes, approaches, and methodology associated with creating a Partner infrastructure. Our GTM framework will help recruit New Partners and Develop Existing Partners through their Build journey through a new digital experience. This will result in more high propensity accounts across the Ecosystem Build framework lifecycle.

Objectives:

* Reduce friction to drive solution creation built on IBM technology
* Ensures Partners have all the necessary tools and resources to design, create, deliver, and market their solutions
* Serve as the focal point to help address any blockers partners face in their build experience and end-clients may face in adopting partner solutions
* With a partner-first mentality, understand real differentiated value IBM offerings can provide, uniquely tailored to the partner, to help drive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide business requirements in developing a new digital experience for IBM Build Partners
* Manage and optimize programmatic mechanisms such as offering management, operating model development, identifying benefits throughout Build Partner experience and digital experience.
* Define and streamline end-to-end processes focused on partner program experience

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* Must have excellent internal and client communication skills
* Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
* Client facing experience within a SaaS software company
* Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively
* Communicate with both business and technical teams
* Entrepreneurial spirited self-starter who moves projects forward with little direction
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment
* Command of the broader tech landscape and an interest in keeping up to date with
* Developments in innovation and partner ecosystem
* Experience creating scalable business processes and leading a global rollout

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

* 7+ years in program management, business design, digital product strategy or a similar field
