Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and
leading a team of Sales Consultants charged with building strong
relationships with strategically important customers.
The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales Consultants
team assigned to strategically valuable customers. Sales Managers
will guide and support the Sales Consultants to present and utilize
our Brame proven process, IHELP LEAD, to maintain and grow the
overall base of organic strategic accounts total revenue while
maintaining company profit objectives.

Sales Manager - Duties/Responsibilities :
Manage a team of Sales Consultants, assigning roles and
responsibilities for improving overall efficiencies and driving
sales
Provide leadership and sales perspective, working cross-functional
with other departments
Develop, initiate, implement, and provide ongoing support for
selling strategies aligned to meet company initiatives and
goals
Proactively led Sales Consultants in strategic account planning,
utilizing IHELP LEAD to develop joint company-strategic account
mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical
success deliverables.
Assist in coordinating and executing the business tactics for
development, marketing, and sales goals to achieve profitable
growth
Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Accounts and Sales
Leadership, initiate and execute plans to meet both revenue and
profit goals
Annual sales budget /forecast (quota) for designated Sales Team
Aid in the development of Strategic Plans for every Sales
Consultant, aligned with and in support of the company's overall
annual sales revenue goal (Sales budget/forecast)
In-field work making end-user calls with sales consultants and
presentations to end-user customers
Continually assess, analyze, clarify and validate customer
requirements and develop recommendations to drive sales.
Address end-user customer queries and concerns in a timely
fashion.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rate of strategic
accounts
Assist and guide Sales Consultants with customer negotiations
Remain fully engaged and stay updated on industry trends and market
competitors
Build a working knowledge of the competition to strategically
position the company's products and services better within
individual accounts and market verticals.
Periodic travel to and participation in trade shows
Routine joint business planning with Director of Strategic Accounts
and Sales Leadership Team members.
Requirements:
Sales Manager - Required Skills/Abilities:
Foster and maintain an excellent working relationship with industry
partners
Stay current on industry and vertical market news, best practices,
policies, and emerging market trends
Strong leadership skills, effective time management, and ability to
work across all levels of the company
Independently assess challenges and creatively problem solve
Sales Manager - Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree is preferred
Applicable understanding of P&L, financial statements, and
budgets
Working knowledge of Office 365 Suite
5+ years of management experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible work hours
Sales Manager - Physical Requirements:
Sit for long periods of time at a desk or ride in a vehicle
traveling
Climb steps to enter and exit the buildings performing site
surveys
Work with a CRT screen for long periods of time
