Carolina House, a leader in--treating patients with eating disorders, is looking for the right person to join our team as the Director of Business Development. In this role you will grow the lines of service by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources. You will collaborate closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referral sources. You must be able to work collaboratively with all levels of the facility and division sales leadership in order to support the organizations mission and revenue goals by selling of service line attributes, processes and outcomes to consumer, physician and market facility groups/individuals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits for the facility. The position is responsible for preparing and presenting regular reports, identifying trends and obstacles and successfully closing new referral sources and completing face-to-face meetings with referral sources.A bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred.
